We take care of orchestrating everything: septic, wells, setbacks, elevations, surveys, power, propane, tree removal, demolition, disposal. You, the client, do not need to go looking for any of this. We have you covered. We also perform our own excavation so you aren’t waiting for another excavation person to free up. Additionally, we have our own septic division and perform our own installs to keep everything moving forward and on schedule.

We have built several premier homes on Big Sandy Lake in the past few years. Building takes place all year, so we can start a new home anytime, and we have the ability to manage any number of builds simultaneously. We can meet with you in McGregor or in the metro area as needed. When we give you a price for your new home, we honor that figure. You control the final cost based on your selections, upgrades and allowances. You will make all of your selections with our designers at the selection center.
